The Lifestyle Series @ gotomeeting.com

Eight online sessions!

Imagine what it would FEEL like to restore balance to your life. Your sleep, energy, cravings, digestion, mood, creativity, etc. would be working harmoniously to support your most vibrant way of living! What an amazing gift that would be! Right?
Achieving this may seem daunting, but human beings were designed to live in rhythm, deeply interconnected, with nature’s cycles. Contemporary modern culture continues to develop in a way that almost completely disregards the natural rhythms of our bodies and the planet as a whole. According to Ayurveda, the stress of living against these natural cycles is a fundamental violation of healthy living.
In this live webinar series Aly and Ileana will guide you in exploring lifestyle practices that will naturally support your body and mind so that you can have an abundance of energy, sound sleep, healthy digestion, and an easier time metabolizing the many stresses of being human in modern times.

National Kids Yoga Conference @ Nannie J. Lee Center
Oct 13 @ 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

A Message from the NKYC Founders:

Across the country, leaders are doing incredible work bringing the health benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation into our communities. Kids and teens are learning how to de-stress, focus their minds, and develop greater self-awareness. Educators, mental health professionals, parents, and yoga teachers are seeing the benefits of social emotional learning, physical movement, and wellness programs taught at all ages. The National Kids Yoga Conference unifies this work through an inspiring, collaborative, professional conference, which will propel our movement forward and deepen our impact.

As yoga teachers, moms, and community leaders we feel passionate about creating a conference so this remarkable community can come together in a professional learning environment. We have watched the practice of yoga transform our own lives, our families, and the students we serve. Inspired by transformation and the need to bring together like-minded teachers, leaders, and visionaries in the kids yoga world for collaboration and connection, the National Kids Yoga Conference was born.

The National Kids Yoga Conference was founded to create a space where inspired action, collective connection, and meaningful conversations towards implementing positive change in our communities and schools can happen in a professional learning forum. We are especially grateful to our sponsors, hosts, presenters, and the attendees that energize this beautiful community and continue to make this conference an annual event.
