Oats Overnight is the new way to do breakfast is here! Simply combine the pack of oats with one cup of milk before bed and leave in the fridge overnight. Enjoy a quick on-the-go breakfast in the morning that is packed with protein to keep you going all day.
Overnight oats are oats that are soaked in a liquid overnight so that the oats can absorb the liquid. The liquid can really be anything. It can be milk, a milk-alternative like almond or soy, or water. Although, if you are going for taste, try to avoid using water.
They are a complete breakfast that have been specially formulated to help you start your day off right! They are high in protein, full of healthy fats, and made with superfoods rich in vitamins and minerals!
They hand-selected every ingredient to give you the perfect balance of performance and flavor. The top four ingredients include oats, chai seeds, flax seeds, and whey protein. Furthermore, the three delicious flavors are green apple cinnamon, chocolate peanut butter banana, and strawberries & cream.
