Join Certified Lifestyle Coach, Tiffany Houser, in her 6 week online group coaching experience, Step Forward, where she will coach you within this group setting on the following areas:
– Deconstructing Sugar Addiction & Cravings
– Discovering energizing Protein for your unique body type and the best way to eat it
– Exploring a Holistic Approach to Sleep
– Positive and Powerful Decision-Making
During the 6 week experience, which begins Tuesday, June 20th, you will set your goal(s) and each week Tiffany will share techniques and strategies allow you to implement and follow through on your goals.
Each weekly sessions is hosted LIVE via Zoom, and is where you create your own action steps to work on in between sessions to get you closer to your goal. It doesn’t matter where you live or what you’re schedule is like because each session is online.
There will be a private Facebook Group for Step Forward and is where the content will be posted, where the group will support each other, and hold each other accountable during the 6 week journey.
Tiffany connects with you via email every week to further support your goal and action steps. She will stretch you to consider ideas and ways to clear your path.
At the halfway point, everyone in the group receives a private 1-on-1 phone session with Tiffany to up-level your progress and uncover your turning point.
The 45 – 60 minute weekly group sessions are hosted LIVE online via Zoom. Each session is recorded then posted immediately to the private Facebook Group, so there’s nothing to miss.
Each session is available to watch when you’re ready, and everything you’ll be working on is posted in real time on the private Facebook Group Page.
