In this series of 4 Awareness Through Movement (ATM) classes, you’ll be discovering current habits that are contributing to your discomfort and building new movement habits to eliminate the cause of the problem. The class benefits include less pain, more flexibility and strength and better overall well being. The classes are done in lying and sitting on the floor, mats are provided. The class is taught by Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner Yulia Kriskovets.
